Daily reflection, gospel centered.
"Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the LORD."
Lamentations 3:40
What is RFLCT.?

A daily rhythm of honest self-examination before God — not to perform or feel better about yourself, but to slow down, look inward, and bring what you find to Him. It’s a practice that deepens your awareness of who God is shaping you to be and helps you walk more closely in step with the Spirit.

Five to ten minutes a day. One question, one passage, one prayer.

The Honest Truth
We’ve lost the art of examining inward and turning to God.
1
The Shame Pattern
Crushing self-condemnation with no gospel hope to anchor it.
2
The Knowledge Pattern
A knowledge-heavy faith that skips the honest, Spirit-led work of looking inward.

RFLCT. is a daily practice. It creates a gospel-rooted space to honestly examine the specific areas of life where real change happens. Over time, the questions don’t just surface what’s true. They start to change the conversations you have with yourself and with others.

How the Questions Work
Same question for a week. Then it rotates. The purpose isn’t to rush through. It’s to let one question do real work in you over time, surfacing through the ordinary moments of your day.
Gospel Anchors
After every question, a Gospel Anchor reflects back the character of God and the truth of the finished work of Christ. Honest self-examination, not in shame, but rooted in grace.

RFLCT. is NOT: a prayer journal, a meditation app, a Bible study, or self-help.

“Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith.”
2 Corinthians 13:5
RFLCT.
“Search me, O God, and know my heart.” — Psalm 139:23
You are known.
You are loved.
Begin the daily practice of grace.

Examine yourself — not to be condemned, but to be met by the One who already knows you fully.

Bible Translation
“The theologians and saints of old understood something we’ve largely lost: sustained inward reflection, guided by the Spirit, is not morbid introspection. It is the path to freedom.”

Before you go...

Read this slowly. Out loud if you can. Like you mean it.

I am not defined by my worst moments
or my best moments,
my greatest failure or my greatest triumphs.
I am not defined by my deepest fear
or my deepest hope.
I am defined by the One who calls me by name.
I am a child of God —
chosen, forgiven, being made new.
My worth is not earned. It was given.
Jesus is enough. And in Him, so am I.
“See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God.”
1 John 3:1

Take whatever surfaced today and give it to God.
You don't have to carry it.

RFLCT.
Well done, friend.
You showed up today. That matters more than you know.

Most people never slow down long enough to let God search their heart. You just did. Every time you reflect honestly before Him, something shifts — not because you performed well, but because you showed up willing. That's where real change begins.
